Terms and Conditions

The Artist agrees to provide the Work in accordance with good professional practice and in accordance with this Agreement.

1. Delivery Dates

The Artist shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any due dates specified in the Client Order Confirmation but any such dates shall be estimates only and time shall not be of the essence.

2. Payment

Client shall make payment to the Agency by electronic transfer (bank transfer or BTC payment) and not by cheque/check.

3. Fee

The Fee is payable in Pound Sterling, Euros and US Dollars inclusive of all of the Artist’s expenses and preparation time.

4. Charges

All fees, delivery charges or administration charges due to the Artist shall be exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (“VAT”) or like tax (which shall be additional).

5. Payments to the Agency

All payments shall be made to the Agency whose receipt shall be a full and sufficient discharge to the Client.

6. Delivery of Artwork

The Artist will deliver one copy of the Artwork in accordance with the specifications. If additional digital copies or prints are required additional fees will be charged.

7. Communication

The client shall communicate with the Artist only through the Agency unless otherwise agreed with the Agency.

8. Reference Materials

The Client shall provide the Artist without charge and within reasonable time with all information and Reference Materials needed for the Artist to carry out the Work to the Schedule.

9. AI Usage

The Client shall not utilise AI to create derivative images from the Artwork in any manner, either for use in connection with the Artwork hereunder, retroactively, or in the future.
